| Ⅰ . INTRODUCTIN :
The design of our fuel oil and gas boilers has adopted the up-to-date technology from American CE Co mpany. The types of boilers are divided into 2 kinds: water tube and fire tube boilers and according to the customer's requirements, the installation types of water tube boilers can be classified into 2 kinds also: assembly at the manufacturer's factory or at site while the fire tube boilers are all assembled at the manufacturer's factory and then delivered in integration. They have the features of compact, easy installation, higher thermal efficiency and less civil construction investment and therefore are suitable for applications of industrial power generation, industrial heat supply and civil heat supply. The suitable fuels are natural gas, civil gas, industrial liquid gas, gas from blast furnace, converter of steel works and cookery, marsh gas and other special gas, and light oil or heavy oil of various types as well.

When the pressure level is equal to or below 2.45MPa, dual-drum natural circulation design is adopted. When the pressure level is equal to or over 3.45MPa, the single drum design will be adopted. At 2 ends of boiler, there are oval plates equipped for manholes. On the top drum, equipped are a set of electrical connected water level indicator and 2 sets of quartz glass water level indicators, a set of nozzle for water level automatic control and also nozzles for the continuous drainage, dosing, water feed etc. On the drum body, nozzles for 2 spring type relief valves, steam pressure gauge, release, self-use steam are equipped. Internal layout includes primary separation components such as underwater hole-gap baffle, secondary separation components such as even steam orifice and shutter on the top.
In the bottom drum, drainage pipe and separation pipe are equipped.

Explanations to the Boiler Specifications:
1.WNS4-1.0-Q
WNS means fire tube boiler; 4 means capacity t/h; 1.0 means the steam pressure in unit MPA; Q means fuel gas.
2.WNS10.5-1.0-115/70-Q
WNS means fire tube boiler; 10.5 means hot water boiler capacity in unit of MW; 1.0 means hot water outlet pressure in unit MPA; 115 means outlet water temperature, 70 is the feed water temperature in unit of centigrade; Q is the fuel gas.
3.SZS10-1.27/300-Y
SZS means dual-drum water tube boiler assembled at the factory; 10 means the capacity t/h; 1.27 means steam pressure in unit of MPA; 300 means steam temperature in unit of centigrade; Y means fuel gas.
4.UG-35/3.82/450-YQ
UG means power plant boiler of our company; 35 means the capacity t/h; 3.82 is the steam pressure in unit of MPA; 450 means steam temperature in unit of centigrade; YQ means fuel oil and fuel gas.
